What services does CIGMA DESIGN offer?
CIGMA DESIGN is a multidisciplinary creative studio offering three core service lines:
- Interior Design (space planning, material selection, 3D modelling, Lumion rendering)
- UX/UI Design (digital experience design, UX strategy, interface design, prototyping)
- Fashion Design (concept creation, garment design, styling direction)
Each service can be commissioned individually or combined for a holistic design experience.
How do I start a project with you?
Begin by visiting our Work With Us page, where you can select your project category. Depending on your choice, you will be invited to:
- Fill out a Design Brief Questionnaire (Interior), or
- Join the Waitlist (UX/UI & Fashion if slots are full).
Once we receive your form, we'll schedule a Discovery Call to discuss your vision and next steps.
Do you offer virtual or remote services?
Yes! All services can be delivered globally. We work with clients remotely using tools such as Zoom, Teams and collaborate via Miro, Figma, SketchUp etc for seamless communication.
What is included in the Interior Design Brief?
Our Interior Design Brief gathers essential project details such as:
- Room types and measurements
- Preferred style and colour palette
- Functional needs
- Budget and timeline
- Inspiration images
This ensures we understand your expectations before proposing a customised solution.
How long does an Interior Design project take?
Timelines vary depending on scope, size, and number of revisions, but generally:
- Concept Design: 1–2 weeks
- 3D Modelling & Visuals: 2–4 weeks
- Final Package & Sourcing: 1–2 weeks
A detailed schedule is included in your proposal.
Do you take on small projects?
Yes, whether it's a single room, a digital landing page, or a capsule garment concept, we offer services tailored to both small and full-scale projects.
Are UX/UI slots really limited?
Yes. To maintain our quality and attention to detail, UX/UI projects are accepted in limited cycles throughout the year. If slots are full, you can join the waitlist to be notified when our next design cycle opens.
What is included in a UX/UI collaboration?
A typical UX/UI engagement includes:
- UX strategy and competitor analysis

Each proposal is tailored to the client's product and needs.
Do you provide revisions?
Yes, all packages include a specified number of revisions to ensure the design feels perfect. Additional revisions can be added depending on scope.
How does payment work?

- 50% deposit to begin
- 30% mid-project milestone
- 20% upon final delivery
Full details are provided in your proposal.
Can you work with existing furniture, assets, or branding?

- Your preferred fabrics or themes (Fashion)
We adapt our design to what you already love and want to preserve.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?
No problem — during the Discovery Call we help you clarify your goals, and recommend the best service or combination of services.
Do you offer ongoing or retainer support?
Yes. After the main project is completed, you can request ongoing design support which can be monthly, quarterly, or seasonal, depending on your needs.
